These products are usually of the American Luberfiner and Donaldson or Japanese Sakura brands. OEMs generally do not make their own filters; many OEM filters are made by Luberfiner or Donaldson! Luberfiner is based in Albion, Illinois and has been in business since 1936. They also have a manufacturing plant in Heilbronn, Germany and have a small number of products made under contract in other parts of the world. Donaldson have been in business since 1915 and have 41 manufacturing plants, most of which are in USA or Europe.
